Great Central Railway

If you are a railway enthusiast then the Great Central Railway is a must. It’s the only place in the world where you can see two steam engines pass each other.

Bradgate Park

With 830 acres of parkland to explore you won’t run out of things to do. It is common to see red deer and fallow deer roaming the parkland, which is always an amazing sight.

Climb up to Old John (Prospect Tower) and you’re guaranteed excellent views across the county.

A long path also runs from one end of the park to the other on the lower part, which makes it ideal for a leisurely stroll for Pushchairs and wheelchairs.
